Microservice architectures have emerged to be a powerful solution when facing the realization of large and scalable software applications with high demands on flexibility and availability. Leading companies like Netflix and Amazon to a great extent already draw advantage out of their microservice deployments. Considering uprising technology markets like Internet Of Things (IoT), Smart City or Smart Power Grids the usage of microservices represents a promising strategy for developing advanced applications. All of those markets face the same common challenge when it comes to the development of new products: "The different and heterogeneous environments the final applications have to bridge must be taken into account!". From the beginning our microservice management platform was designed in particular to solve the mentioned challenges during development and help to minimize the overall development costs and risks.
Use the build-in modules specially designed for implementing, testing and deploying microservices on-the-fly. Once created the service modules can be linked with various other modules by adding and configuring dedicated communication ports. Microservices may access and use those ports to send and receive content data to other modules. Those may be located elsewhere (e.g., on local or remote hosts, networks, containers, devices etc.). Our platform solution comes along with all tools needed to implement, connect, test, debug, monitor and deploy such self-designed micro-service modules. Automatic scaling and re-deployment of service modules is supported using special build-in modules. It doesn't matter in which execution environment the service modules are running. All modelling operations are supported by the browser-based graphical UI.
You want your services to integrate with existing IoT-devices or -gateways, database-, cloud-based analytic- or on-premise ERP-services?
Our platform solution supports various ways to link your services with existing backend implementations. The most efficient way to establish such linkage represents the usage of the build-in connector modules. Those were designed to convert data packets between multiple target protocols and formats. Other generic modules possess the ability of re-sequencing, re-structuring or mapping data contents on-the-fly. The combination of all those build-in modules allows creating or extend interfaces suitable for connecting a great variety of backend systems and services. Another way incorporates the possibility of implementing and incorporating customized modules. Wherever build-in modules are not the proper choice, target formats are to complex or performance requirements are tight module templates may be programmatically adapted to match the overall needs.
Easily develop, test and deploy micro-services on the cloud, on-premise or within embedded execution environments. Our middleware supports the dynamic integration of a variety of devices via our distributed service platform.
Take the full advantage of the flow-based modeling approach to inter-connect your service or integrate them with existing backend systems. Services may be deployed and configured on-the-fly without downtimes.
